We have utilized JavaScript on left navigation, Portfolio, & Contact Us Page. The primary use of JavaScript is to write functions that are embedded in or included from HTML pages and interact with the Document Object Model (DOM) of the page.

JavaScript provides interactivity for your web pages without relying on server-side "CGI" programming, which means your pages, can be interactive even when you are not connected to the Internet. Since the code is typed directly into your HTML files, you can create JavaScript with software as simple as a plain text editor

Cascading style sheets (CSS) is a language like HTML, and gives web designers powerful tools for controlling the visual presentation of documents on the Web.

CSS helps to separate content and structure from presentation and layout, which also helps web designers to create documents that load faster and are easier to maintain and update. Content can be changed independently of formatting because presentation and layout are handled in CSS.  The important benefits for accessibility include offering users a choice of styles without having to modify the source document, and the ability to easily verify that the source documents work with assertive technologies before applying any styles at all.

AJAX is the face of today's Web applications—and Web applications enjoy certain benefits over desktop-based ones. These include a lower cost of deployment, easier support, shorter development times, and no installation; these are just some of the benefits that have caused businesses and consumers to adopt Web-based applications since the late 90s. AJAX will only help Web applications get better and achieve more for end users.

A CAPTCHA (an acronym for "Completely Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart", trademarked by Carnegie Mellon University) is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human. The term was coined in 2000 by Luis von Ahn, Manuel Blum, Nicholas J. Hopper of Carnegie Mellon University, and John Langford of IBM. A common type of CAPTCHA requires that the user type the letters of a distorted image, sometimes with the addition of an obscured sequence of letters or digits that appears on the screen.

Because the test is administered by a computer, in contrast to the standard Turing test that is administered by a human, a CAPTCHA is sometimes described as a reverse Turing test, although this term is ambiguous because it could also mean a Turing test in which the participants are both attempting to prove they are the computer.
